WhatsApp for Clinics

Appointment reminders, report delivery and follow-ups over the official WhatsApp Business API, with the consent record that sending clinical information requires.

The official API, not a phone on a desk

Automating an ordinary WhatsApp account gets the number banned, usually at the worst moment. We build on the WhatsApp Business API, where message templates are approved in advance and delivery is something you can actually rely on.

Consent comes first, because this is patient data

A report sent over WhatsApp is clinical information leaving your system. Under India's DPDP Act that needs consent you can demonstrate, not consent you assume. Every flow we build captures it explicitly, records when it was given, and honours a withdrawal. We will say so plainly if a use you have in mind is one we would not build.

Triggered by the system, not by a person

Reminders that someone has to remember to send are reminders that stop going out in a busy week. These fire from your HIS or RIS on the event itself, the moment an appointment is booked or a report is signed, so they keep working when the clinic is full.

What this includes

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling
  • Report and prescription delivery on the official API
  • Approved message templates, so sends are not blocked
  • Consent captured and recorded before anything clinical is sent
  • Triggered from your HIS or RIS, not typed by hand

Tell us what you are building.

Describe the problem rather than the solution. We reply with a considered view of what to tackle first, and say plainly if we are not the right fit.
